Production of our highly rated, quality (Premier Brand) certified seeds by the Company is anchored on our highly organized Out-growers’ Scheme, which has been perfected over the years. Presently about 3,000 farmers (out-growers) which are located in three Zones, A, B and C. There is also a separate out-growers scheme for rice production known as the Rice Special Program (RSP). Zonal meetings are regularly held to interact and train the growers. Close-up Technical Services are rendered to all the growers by our resident team of Production Assistants. The growers are supported with high grade fertilizer at cost and on credit. Shelling of our hybrid maize is provided free.
Our brands are of the highest quality with the establishment of an Internal Quality Control Laboratory and field quality control monitoring is given by Management ad-hoc Committee to verify and ascertain that quality work is
being done in the field. The staff of the statutory agency, now known as National Agricultural Seed Council (NASC) visit all our farms to ensure that seeds produced are all of desired quality.
